The danish 'Ø' Mark
Globus Wine handles wines controlled by the danish ‘Ø’ mark.
Our laboratory is staffed with specially trained people and handles all the necessary tests that relate to modern production, filling and handling of wine:
- Alcohol, sugar, volatile acids etc. using the Foss WineScan (NIR/FTIR Technology)
- Dissolved oxygen
- Classical methods (Titrations, pH, turbidity, microbiological analysis etc.)
- Sensory Evaluation
- Participation in international proficiency testing scheme (Interwinery)
- Any specific analysis required by our customers
